ITC Infotech successfully concluded the 2nd chapter of ‘iTech 2016’, its annual technology innovation & co-creation platform aimed at promoting entrepreneurship. As part of iTech 2016, ITC Infotech organised a 30-hour hackathon on augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) at its Bengaluru campus on July 16 and 17, 2016.

SRM team shines in University Rover Challenge, USA: Ranked 9th in the world, 1st in Asia

A team of 26 students from different disciplines of SRM University have participated in University Rover Challenge organised by Mars Society held at Mars Research Desert Station, Utah, USand. Overall, it secured ninth rank in the world, first in Asia and first in India out of 63 teams who took part.

SRM University conducts technical summit on young innovation

SRM University celebrated 7th annual day

SRM University, Vadapalani, celebrated its seventh annual day recently. S.A.V. Sathya Murthy, Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam, was the special guest and spoke on nuclear fuel as an alternative source of energy. Prabir Bagchi, Vice-Chancellor, addressed the students and asked them to be innovators. He also enunciated the importance of Make in India. Dr. E. Muthamizhchelvan, director (E&T) and actor Ineya also participated.
